I have spent the last 10 years in leading positions in the media industry in the UK and West Indies, including Editor-in-Chief of a converged newsroom, overseeing all editorial output for print, radio and web, along with managing 80 staff and providing training. I also have a solid commercial background acquired through previous sales and marketing positions.
